INSTRUCTION
 
1. The short-listed candidate, are required to report on mentioned dates for counseling. If the candidate fails to report in between the mentioned period, his/her candidature will automatically be cancelled and no request will be considered under any circumstances regarding this.

2. The candidates are required to submit the following certificates/ testimonials, in original at the time of registration which will be given back after admission.

• Certificates and Marks sheets of 10th &12th, graduation or any other qualification.
• Set of true-copies of all above documents
• Category certificate
• Character certificate signed by head of institutions/School/college
• 4 PP sized photographs

3. The selected candidates are required to deposit their admission fees as mentioned in letter only in form of DEMAND DRAFT. Fee has to be deposited at time of admission.

4. In case the reserved candidate fail to attend the counseling, his/her seat will be allotted to next candidate.

5. If the rank resembles, the candidate will be selected on the basis of aggregate marks in class XII followed by that of class X followed by the age.

6. The Institute/ Selection Committee reserves all rights of cancellation/selection of the candidates.

7. No T/A D/A will be paid by the institute.

8. Date of counseling: 16/Jan/2012 to 27/Jan/2012.
